Terms of service

These terms apply when you use rudyskombucha.com and buy from it. The shop is run by SIA “Rudy’s Brewing Co.”, a private limited company registered in Latvia under number 40203226650, registered office Tehnikas iela 2B, Kuldīga, Kuldīgas novads, LV-3301, Latvia, email woof@rudyskombucha.com. By placing an order you accept these terms, which you confirm with the checkbox in the cart. They do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Age and alcohol

  • Hard Kombucha contains 4.5% alcohol by volume and is sold only to adults aged 18 or over (or the legal drinking age where it is delivered, if higher). By ordering it you confirm you meet that age.
  • Rudy’s Kombucha (the non-alcoholic range) naturally contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
  • We may cancel an order, and the carrier may refuse delivery, if the age requirement is not met. You are responsible for following the alcohol rules of your delivery country.

2. Orders and contract

  • Product pages and the cart are an invitation to order. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable, we contact you and offer a comparable product or a refund for that item - we never substitute without asking.
  • The shop is for consumer and small business purchases. For wholesale and resale, use Become a stockist; we may cancel orders clearly placed for resale.
  • Business customers can enter company details in the cart and receive a VAT invoice.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euro and include VAT at the rate for your delivery country. Delivery costs and any can deposit are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
  • Payment is taken when you place the order, using the methods shown at checkout.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval and price until you pause, skip or cancel them in your account, which you can do at any time before the next renewal. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are on the Delivery page and at checkout. Please check your address and phone number: we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, but we will help to re-send at the cost of the new delivery.

6. Returns, withdrawal and damaged goods

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of unopened goods, and 30 days to tell us about damaged or faulty items. The details and a withdrawal form are on Returns and refund.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews you submit must be your own honest experience. We may decline or remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product, and we mark verified purchases. Texts, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Rudy’s Brewing Co. or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Complaints and law

Please contact woof@rudyskombucha.com first - we answer on business days. If we cannot resolve a complaint, consumers may turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (ptac.gov.lv) or the consumer body in their EU country. These terms are governed by Latvian law; this does not remove the protection given to consumers by the law of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
