Refund policy

14 days to change your mind

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law; EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • Unopened only. Kombucha is a food product, so cans must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened cans cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Tell us first. Email woof@rudyskombucha.com with your order number (or use the form below) within the 14 days, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
  • Return address: SIA “Rudy’s Brewing Co.”, Tehnikas iela 2B, Kuldīga, Kuldīgas novads, LV-3301, Latvia.
  • Return postage is paid by you, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Use a tracked service - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • Refund. We refund the goods and, if you return the whole order, the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of sending). The refund goes to the payment method you used.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, leaking, past its best-before date or different from your order, email woof@rudyskombucha.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will resend the item or refund it in full, including delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged when it arrives, you may refuse it - let us know and we will resend or refund. Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract (two years under Latvian law) are not affected.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time from your account before the next renewal. Each delivered subscription order follows the rules above.
