These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated by SIA “Rudy’s Brewing Co.” (the “Services”). By accessing, using, registering for, or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Please read these Terms carefully, as they create a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and SIA “Rudy’s Brewing Co.” (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

SIA “Rudy’s Brewing Co.” is a private limited company registered in Latvia under company number 40203226650, with its registered office at Tehnikas iela 2B, Kuldīga, Kuldīgas novads, LV-3301.

1. Age Restrictions & Alcohol Sales Compliance
• Minimum Age Requirement:
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country of residence).
• Hard Kombucha Sales:
Rudy’s Brewing Co. offers Hard Kombucha, which contains 5% alcohol by volume (ABV). Sales of Hard Kombucha are subject to Latvian alcohol regulations and must comply with local laws in the country where the product is delivered.
• Acknowledgment of Terms & Responsibility:
• Customers must acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions before completing a purchase.
• These Terms clearly state that purchasing alcoholic beverages from our website is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older.
• By completing a purchase, the customer assumes full responsibility for complying with the alcohol consumption laws in their respective country.
• Refusal of Service:
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect that the purchase violates legal drinking age requirements.
• We do not sell alcohol to individuals under 18 or in regions where alcohol sales are prohibited.

2. Orders
• If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will replace unavailable items with similar products of equal value/size/type. You will be notified via the contact email provided during checkout.
• If more than three (3) items in your order are unavailable, we reserve the right to hold the order and contact you for further instructions on how you wish to proceed.
• For Pre-Order items, please note that the estimated dispatch date is subject to change. In case of delays, we will notify you with an updated timeline.
• Orders placed with the intent to resell our kombucha at a markup will be canceled. This platform is for retail sales only and not for wholesale distribution.
• We do not issue formal invoices for orders placed through this website. A digital receipt will be provided for all purchases.

3. Standard Returns Policy
• Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse. Any applicable shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or damaged products.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at woof@rudyskombucha.com, and we will assist you with the process.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items
• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify SIA “Rudy’s Brewing Co.” within 30 days of receiving the order to request a refund or replacement.
• To report an issue, contact us at woof@rudyskombucha.com with details and supporting photos of the issue.
• If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, you have the right to refuse the order. If this occurs, please notify us, and we will either:
• Resend the order,
• Issue a full refund, or
• Provide a store credit voucher for the total amount of your order.

After the 30-day period, refunds cannot be issued, but we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Failed Deliveries
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses, postal codes, or contact details provided by the customer.
• Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Taxes and Other Charges
• All orders are processed in Latvia, and VAT is applied to all purchases, regardless of the final delivery destination.
• We strive to keep international surcharges to a minimum, but any additional import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

These Terms of Use do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
