Rudy's Brewing Co. is an independent Kombucha brewery in Kuldīga, Latvia, founded by a couple and a dog named Rudy in 2019.

Who we are
We are the family moved to Latvia and founded a Rudy's Kombucha brewery. We started making Kombucha at home for friends and now it has become a family business.
