Our story · Kuldīga, Latvia

A couple, a dog, and a lot of tea

Rudy's started in 2019 in a 10-litre bucket in a walk-in closet - a couple, a dachshund called Rudy, and the idea that kombucha should taste of fruit, not vinegar. Today the Rudy's family is fifteen people brewing in 1000 m² in Kuldīga and shipping to sixteen countries.
