It started in a kitchen. Rudy was there.
Rudy's Kombucha began in a home kitchen in Kuldīga with a family, a dachshund named Rudy and one uncomplicated idea: kombucha should taste good enough to choose for the taste alone.
Daria, Rudy and Egor
Founders Egor and Daria Grabar started the brand in 2019 and built it independently, one flavour, one can and one market at a time.
Today Rudy's is enjoyed across Europe and beyond. The scale has changed. The point of view has not: no compromise on taste, design or character.
