How subscriptions work
- A subscription delivers the products you chose at the interval you chose, at the subscription price shown when you signed up (currently 15% below the one-time price).
- Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. You receive an email before each renewal and after each order.
- Delivery costs follow the Delivery page for your country.
Pause, skip, change or cancel
You can pause, skip a delivery, change products or frequency, or cancel at any time from your account (Orders → Subscription management) before the next renewal date. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Changes made after a renewal has been charged apply from the following delivery.
Price changes
If the subscription price changes, we email you at least 14 days before the renewal it affects, so you can cancel beforehand.
Returns
Each subscription order has the same 14-day withdrawal right for unopened cans and the same damaged-goods promise as any other order - see Returns and refund.
