The zones
Latvia is its own zone. Estonia and Lithuania fall under the Baltics zone. Everything else we ship to is priced as Europe. The rates for each zone are on the Delivery page and in the shipping answer next to this one.

How long it takes
The Delivery page sets out cost, not time, so we are not going to invent a number here. The delivery estimate offered at checkout is the one that reflects the carrier and the address you have chosen. If a parcel is running late, get in touch with your order number.
How much is shipping, and when is it free?
In Latvia, 5.99 EUR including VAT for 1 to 8 cans, and free from 9 cans. Elsewhere in the Baltics, 8.99 EUR for 1 to 23 cans and free from 24. To the rest of Europe, 28.99 EUR for 1 to 23 cans and 38.99 EUR from 24 cans, with no free tier.

The rest of the Baltics
Same carrier choices: 8.99 EUR including VAT for orders of 1 to 23 cans, and free shipping for orders of 24 cans and over. Three nine-packs is 27 cans, which clears the threshold.
Europe
28.99 EUR including VAT for orders of 1 to 23 cans, and 38.99 EUR including VAT for orders of 24 cans and over. There is no free tier to Europe: the larger order pays the larger rate because it travels as a heavier parcel.

How does the monthly subscription work?
Pick the Monthly Kombucha Subscription instead of a one-off purchase and a box arrives every month at 15% off. The plan runs on Appstle, so you manage it from the customer portal linked in your subscription emails. To change a flavour or stop the plan, use that portal or contact us.

What you get
The Monthly Kombucha Subscription sends a box of your chosen kombucha once a month and applies a recurring 15 per cent discount to it. Shipping is charged on the same rates as any other order, so in Latvia a nine-pack still ships free.
Signing up
On a product page, choose the subscription option rather than the one-off purchase, then check out as normal. The discount is applied at checkout and stays applied to the repeat orders.
Changing or stopping it
The subscription runs on Appstle. Every subscription email carries a link to the customer portal, which is where the plan lives. If you cannot find the link, get in touch with your order number and we will sort it.

Can I return or exchange an order?
If a can arrives damaged or the order is wrong, send us a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you. For online orders in the EU you also have 14 days to withdraw, under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our detailed returns terms are on the way.

If something arrives damaged
Cans travel well but parcels get dropped. Photograph the box and the cans, note your order number, and get in touch. We will replace the order or refund it.
The 14-day withdrawal right
Directive 2011/83/EU gives consumers buying at a distance in the EU 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online order, without giving a reason. That right exists regardless of what any shop writes in its own terms.

Where can I buy Rudy's Kombucha in shops?
Rudy's is carried by shops, cafes and bars, and that list changes often, so we do not publish a store finder. The online shop is the route we can always vouch for. If you run a shop or a bar and would like to stock us, the Become a stockist form is the place to start.

Retail listings change month to month, and a stale map is worse than none: it sends people to a shop that stopped stocking us in spring. Rather than publish something we cannot keep true, we point you at the shop we control.
