Yes, kombucha can contain a small amount of alcohol, but it’s typically less than 0.5% ABV (alcohol by volume), which is considered a non-alcoholic beverage. However, our Hard Kombucha line contains 5.0% ABV, for those who like a little kick!
What is Hard Kombucha?
Hard Kombucha is a version of kombucha that’s been brewed to contain a small amount of alcohol, typically around 5% ABV. We are proud to combine our amazing Kombucha with Champagne yeast.
